At the moment, there are three girls from my world here, as far as I know.

Well, that's a pretty complicated matter... They're definitely all very distinct personalities. Let's see... I suppose you could say one of them is bossy, one of them is sweet, and one of them is... dangerous in that she pretends to be sweet.

Huh? Who is the last one? [ She doesn't really want to waste time being fooled by some crazy girl who pretends she's nice. The other two though she, thankfully(?) doesn't ask about. ]

Basically, Asakura happens to be a ... "humanoid interface" interested in observing my friend Haruhi. For unknown reasons, she took it in her mind that killing me would be the best way to do so. It took a rather spectacular intervention to get out of that one.

I'm pretty sure a couple do since they've been here for so long but they aren't particularly close to her. So, I won't say anything unless things start to get dangerous.

[ Wait wait humanoid what? ] A humanoid interface? What the hell is that? [ She doesn't really flinch at the mention of being nearly killed before. Been there, done that, probably twice as much as him. Though she'll react to the rest of the news when she learns what this means. ]

It is something that was created by aliens to communicate with humans, basically. Apparently. Data aliens who rewrite the universe's data. I know.

Great. These definitions just seem to lead to more definitions. These aliens can't communicate with humans because of secrecy? And are you really saying that your world has people that can just edit anything they wish? [ Cause that's how she's taking the whole rewrite data thing. ]

Not secrecy. They just don't have any way to do it because they're a different type of life form or something. As for edit whatever they wish, apparently there are some rules but I don't know what they are. Something about "jurisdiction." I really couldn't understand it less if you made it a class taught in high school.

All of these mysteries have me really curious. [ Uh oh. That's not a good sign. Run, Kyon, run. ] So they can invent these people that can blend in with humans perfectly but they can't talk to them themselves? They seem really orderly, too, like they have a complex government.

They seem to have some method of communication such that they're really all aspects of one entity. The Integrated Data Sentient Entity. They exist purely on the data plane, or whatever the hell, so they can't physically contact us without creating these interfaces.

This sounds really complex. Our world doesn't have any such planes. Is it like one person behind all of this? Is that what you mean by aspects of one entity? And what's a data plane? [ All of the questions. She will ask all of them. ]

I don't know. It's like one thing that has factions with in it. I'm not one of them, so I couldn't really tell you.
